Such a big name for a little lamb but I'm sure he'll grow into it:-) Congrats to Ross! They are so precious as newborns...makes you wish they'd stay that size! All I can say, though, is I'm so glad we humans don't have to lick and clean our babies after they're born! Ugh! lol Hope you're feeling better soon!! xox
You were up early and off for a 'spa day' (I am guessing) before you posted this morning. I hope that means you are also feeling better today!
Ross came up with a fun name for the little lambkin! Congratulations Ross!!!
It was fun thinking of names - thanks for the smiles it brought me! I had great fun reading all the entries and now Tracey you have a bank of names large enough for a herd! LOL ;)
congrats to Ross! Now that I look at this widdle wamb though it kind looks like one of those coconut pies...I don't know...I think he should be coconut... :-D
Congrats to all the winners. Hope you are feeling better Tracey. Waiting on my little bundle or bundles of jot. Ginger is due just any time. Thought she was going to last night but just false alarm. Hope the rain has slacked up some, if you can, do the dance and send it my way. I pray we don't have another drought this summer like last year. Laura
Tracey, I should be packing, but I had to come read your blog and all the comments, I'm addicted to Carpenters Creek. Great name choice and what a "fish story" you told.GREAT pictures as always.See you back in blogville on the 3rd. BE BLESSED:-)
I'm so glad you all had such fun with this contest! Darling and I had fun plowing through all the names.
Gail, to answer your question from the other post; yes, we'll be having more lambs. I've got two more ewes but they aren't due for awhile, one late April/early May (maybe) and the other not until June. Rather a pain from a shepherding standpoint, but it'll sure drag the fun out around here =) And I'm sorry to hear I've got you addicted...I'm like a bad drug, lol! You're all crazy to keep coming back!
Tracy! what a darn cutie& the name! hahahahhaha! I'm just now finding you after shuffling through comments left on my blog:( I missed yours until now...off to read more here looks like a neat-o place! & I wanted to say hi FINALLY!
Yes, it could be your's! If you've created a funny blog worthy of snorting snot, let me know! Or perhaps you've read one somewhere...well, again, pass it along to me. If I find it funny enough to laugh up some boogers (and you've got to hit me just right), you just may be the next recipient of the Booger Award!

I'm glad you liked it, I gleened the German off the OK state sheep breeds site, and a baby names website google offered.
Perfect and classy name for the little man !
What a grand name that is!

Umm Tracey, you can keep the rain up there please. I don't need anymore down here.
